Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. If you need your bag sooner we also offer express shipping for an additional cost at checkout.

If you're unhappy with your purchase we would love to help make it right. If there is something wrong with your bag we will replace it free of charge. We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.

We recommend spot treating the exterior and interior with a soft washcloth or terry cloth using gentle soap and water. The inside can be cleaned more thoroughly if needed. If the bag gets wet we recommend hang drying — do not put in the dryer.

Please avoid bleach as it will alter the color of the bag. We also recommend avoiding any harsh detergents that could damage the canvas or vegan leather trim.

The bag is not fully waterproof, however the interior of the backpack is waterproof (PEVA lining). The detachable wine bag interior is also waterproof. We recommend keeping the bag out of heavy rain or submerged water.

There are 4 black hooks along the back of the bag to attach the strap to. Attach it to whichever two hooks feel most comfortable for you. The strap also adjusts for length so you can customize the fit.

The removable wine bag sits inside its own waterproof inner sleeve inside the backpack to keep it secure and dry. When you're ready to use it simply grab the brown canvas handles and gently pull it out. Set it down wherever works best for serving — no fumbling, no mess.

All of our bags are handmade and there may be slight differences in stitching from bag to bag. We do our very best to make each bag as identical as possible but there is always room for human error. If you are unhappy with your bag for any reason we will gladly accept an exchange or return to make it right. ♥

The Handté bag holds up to 4 bottles total — two in the exterior side pockets and two inside the main compartment, with one of those fitting inside the removable wine bag.

It is! The bag itself is TSA approved. We do recommend not traveling with wine bottles inside due to TSA liquid restrictions. Pack it empty and add your favorite bottle when you arrive at your destination. 🍷

We use a cotton canvas exterior with refined vegan leather accents. The waterproof interior lining is PEVA and the interior pocket is a cotton mesh material.
